Building Schools in Mizoram Refugee Camp

One Light Global has partnered with our dear friends at Better Burma to help fund schools for Burmese refugee children in Mizoram.
It has been exactly two years since the brutal military regime staged a coup d’état and the junta soldiers continue to kill and imprison innocent civilians. Many refugees have fled across the border to Mizoram in India to find safety. The camps provide minimal resources.
With your donations we have been able to build nine schools and support 900 refugee children to continue their education. We have also supplied school supplies and water filters for each camp.
This is a crisis neglected by the world, without you this would not have happened. Thank you with all our hearts.
